The Company complies with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486, hereinafter 'PDPO') of Hong Kong and handles your personal data appropriately.
The Company may collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and inquiry content when you submit the contact form. Anonymized access log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, etc.) may also be collected via analytics tools. The Company does not collect sensitive personal data such as race, religion, or health information.
Collected personal data is used solely for responding to inquiries, providing services and fulfilling contracts, sending important notices and service updates, and complying with legal obligations. The Company will not use personal data for other purposes or sell/lend it to third parties without your consent.
The Company will not disclose personal data to third parties except with your explicit consent, when required by law or Hong Kong authorities, or when sharing with service providers necessary for service delivery (who are required to maintain equivalent protection standards).
The Company takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, alteration, or loss of personal data. Information submitted via the contact form is processed through encrypted communication (HTTPS).
Personal data is retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of collection or as required by law, whichever is longer. Personal data that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymized by secure means.
Under the PDPO, you have the right to request access to your personal data held by the Company, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, request deletion or cessation of use of data whose purpose has been fulfilled, and lodge a complaint with the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data. Please send requests to the contact address below. The Company will respond within a reasonable period (generally within 40 days).
The Company's website uses an analytics tool (Umami Analytics) to improve services. This tool does not use cookies and collects only anonymized data that does not identify individuals.
The Company's website may contain links to external services (such as Udemy). Please refer to the privacy policy of each external service regarding their handling of personal data.
The Company may revise this Privacy Policy in response to legal amendments or changes in services. In the event of significant changes, notice will be provided on the website. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
